Two independent cooking zones are stacked one directly above the other, so the Turbo Tower delivers full dual-basket cooking on a single-fryer footprint. Add the included cooking rack and you have a three-layer system for several dishes at the same time in one run.

A huge 10.8-liter total capacity is divided between a 6.5-liter lower basket and a 4.3-liter upper one. Roast a joint below while the sides crisp away above, then have both zones finish together at the end of the very same run, ready to plate up immediately to serve.

Twin TurboBlaze DC motors, one dedicated to each cooking zone, drive hot air through the food quickly and completely independently of each other. That is exactly what makes this a genuine speed fryer rather than a slow, ordinary convection box in disguise underneath.

Sync brings both stacked baskets to the finish line at exactly the same moment, even when the upper and lower dishes need entirely different times and temperatures. Match mirrors one zone's settings onto the other, which is ideal for a straight double batch of one dish.

A powerful 2630 W output drives both stacked zones at once, heating up in moments and holding its temperature steady even when the tower is fully loaded. Every meal cooks evenly, with no cold spots left in either of the two stacked baskets once the timer ends.

Seven functions come as seven pre-set programs: air fry, roast, bake, grill, reheat, dry and proof. Each one dials in the correct temperature and picks the right motor speed from the five available, so you choose the dish and the tower handles the rest of the detail.

The dial runs from 30°C right the way up to 230°C, covering gentle proofing and slow dehydrating at the low end and hard, fast grilling at the top. That whole span sits in one appliance, so there is no need to heat the main oven for a single tray of vegetables.

The nonstick ceramic baskets, crisper plates and cooking rack are all fully dishwasher safe, so they can go straight in once dinner has been served. Prefer to do it by hand? A quick wipe is usually all that the slick ceramic surface needs to look like new.
