One huge basket or two entirely separate zones, decided meal by meal with the included divider. That is real flexibility in practice: a whole roasting tray of vegetables one night, then a main and a side cooked completely apart the next, just as you please.

Slide in the separator and the flex-basket becomes two horizontal cooking zones sitting side by side, each with its own settings. Take it back out again and you have one large uninterrupted space for genuinely oversized dishes such as a whole chicken or a large joint.

A huge 10-liter total capacity, separable into two 5-liter zones, covers everything from a quick weeknight dinner right through to a full family gathering. It is the largest flex basket in the whole Cosori range, and it still fits neatly onto a worktop comfortably.

The ten-liter ceramic flex-basket, its divider and the crisper plates are all durable and completely toxin-free. No harmful coatings are used anywhere your food can reach, just a slick surface that releases food cleanly and washes up under a running tap in moments.

Monitor and adjust either side of the flex-basket straight from your phone with the VeSync app, and browse its recipes whenever inspiration runs dry. At the appliance itself, the touch interface gives you exactly the same control from the front panel in a single tap.

Dual Blaze technology places heating elements both above and below the food, so heat surrounds it evenly from every side at once. There is no flipping and no shaking guaranteed, just consistent browning right across the whole of the ten-liter basket on every side.

Sync finishes both zones of the flex-basket at exactly the same moment, even when the two dishes need completely different times and temperatures. Match copies one zone's settings across to the other for a double batch of exactly the same thing in both zones.

A super powerful 2800 W output, the strongest found anywhere in the range, heats up in moments and holds its temperature under a full ten-liter load. Every meal cooks evenly from edge to edge, right down to the last bite, with no cold spots left behind in either zone.

Six functions are covered by six pre-set programs: air fry, roast, bake, grill, reheat and dry. Each one sets both the temperature and the right motor speed for the job in hand, so all you have to do is choose the dish in front of you and press start on the panel.

Set the temperature anywhere from 35°C to 240°C, which is comfortably the widest range in the whole line-up. Gentle drying and dehydrating sit at one end of the dial, with proper high-heat grilling available right at the very other extreme of it of the same dial.

The nonstick ceramic flex-basket, divider and crisper plates are all fully dishwasher safe, so the whole lot goes in together once you have served up. There is nothing to soak and nothing to scrub, even after a ten-liter roast for a houseful of hungry guests.
